Consultations
We
are available for free telephone consultations of 5 minutes or less
duration. During that time, we are able to provide general,
non-case-specific answers to a great many questions. It is
important to remember that this type of consultation is merely for
general informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice
for a specific case or the establishment of an attorney-client
relationship. If you need specific legal advice, please
schedule an in-person consultation. Please contact us at any

information.

We do our best to respond to these questions within one week of
receipt.
Paid
Consultations
In
the event you need a more extensive, and/or case-specific
consultation, we would require an in-person consultation at our
Columbia, Maryland. office, or a pre-paid telephone consultation.
In-person
consultations normally last one hour, and are charged at the rate of
$125 per hour (one hour minimum charge). Payment (cash, check,
or money order) is collected at the consultation.
