OWL Prevailing Wage Assistant
Beta 1.0

The OWL Prevailing Wage Assistant (PWA) is a tool to predict the prevailing wage that may be assigned by the Department of Labor's National Prevailing Wage Helpdesk Center (NPWHC) for a particular occupation, using O*NET data to determine wage levels, and the FLCDC Online Wage Library to determine prevailing wages. (The PWA does not currently support other wage sources.)

The PWA helps to organize and expedite the process of predicting the NPWHC's determination, by combining O*NET, OWL, and ACINET data as well as official DOL guidances in one place.

The PWA also calculates the wage level points based upon user input and external data sources, and finally provides a prediction of the prevailing wage determination.
