Visa  Bulletins

The Visa Bulletins are published monthly by the US State Department in order to notify the public of current and future immigrant visa availability for the various family- and employment-based immigrant categories, as well as for the diversity visa program.

Visa backlogs typically always exist for family-preference categories, as well as for third-preference and "other-worker" employment-based categories.  Natives of China, India, Mexico, and Philippines are typically subject to longer backlogs due to the greater use of those countries' visa allocations.

Naturalization

Naturalization to US citizenship is the last step in the immigration process. Citizenship may also be acquired by birth in the US, or by birth to a parent who is, or later becomes, a US citizen.

Our Services: We will advise you as to your citizenship status, and/or your eligibility for naturalization.  We can guide you through the procedures, prepare the necessary paperwork, and help get you ready for the naturalization interview.  For those already US citizens, we can assist with obtaining proof of citizenship such as the Certificate of Citizenship, or the Report of Birth Abroad.
